Ingredients:

acorn squash, sliced

butter or olive oil

a good quality curry powder, or a combination of spices
Heat a stove-top grill or griddle, or flat pan.
Slice squash into 1 inch thick slices,
peeling or not. Brush with oil or butter and sprinkle with seasonings.
Grill 2-3 minutes on each side, or until
tender and browned. Serve.
