Ingredients:

1 pound small potatoes

pinch of sea salt

splash of olive oil

1/2 cup creme fraiche or sour cream

1 tablespoon minced chives
Rinse potatoes and place in "ugly pot" with the salt and olive oil.
Cover. Microwave on high about 5 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Place in serving bowl, with toothpicks for
spearing. In meantime, sprinkle with Bac~o bits
Have a dish of creme fraiche for serving. Chives are great, too.
