Ingredients:

fresh good quality asparagus spears

sea salt

freshly grated white pepper
Wash and trim asparagus, snipping off the hard stem ends. In a flat
skillet with lid, heat about 1/4 cup water to boiling. Add asparagus
spears, cover. Reduce heat to simmer or medium, and cook just 1-3
minutes. Do not overcook! Remove to serving platter and sprinkle with
seasonings. Serve.
