Ingredients:
Green Beans with Diced Sausage
fresh green beans
1/2 cup finely diced hot or mild sausage (we are using Chicken Apple)
1/3 cup water
Wash and snip off the stem end of the beans. Dice the sausage. In a
heavy bottomed sauté pan with a lid, add the water and bring to a boil.
Quickly add the beans. Cover. Cook exactly 3 minutes. Remove lid, add
the sausage. Serve. |
