Ingredients:
Green Beans with Spring Herbs
1 pound green beans
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 cloves garlic, slivered
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground white peppercorns
Prepare beans by washing and trimming. In large skillet with a lid, heat
about 1/2 inch water to boiling. Add beans, cover, and time for 3
minutes. Remove beans to serving bowl or platter. In a small bowl,
combine chopped basil, chopped mint, salt, slivered garlic, oil, and
pepper. Mix together and pour over beans. Serve ASAP!
