Ingredients:
Green Beans
fresh green beans
2-3 tablespoons water
coarse sea salt
butter or flavored olive oil
Wash and cut off the stem end of the beans, leaving on the dark green
tail. Heat water in a large frying pan that has a lid. When water is
hot, add beans. Quickly place on the lid. Cook 3 minutes without
peeking. Then remove lid, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oil or
butter, if desired.
