Ingredients:
Grilled Fresh Mushrooms
Brush with a mixture of the following, or use a good quality bottled
marinade such as Prickly Pear Marinade, Vidalia Onion Dressing, White
Garlic Marinade...
large mushrooms, such as portabella or others
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
coarse sea salt, pepper to taste, snipped fresh or dried herbs
Either leave mushrooms whole or slice into serving pieces. Brush with
the mixture of ingredients or use a bottled mix as suggested. Heat a
rippled grill pan over medium heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil. Place
the mushrooms on the hot pan and cook about 1 minute on each side,
depending on mushrooms and the heat. They should brown on both sides.
