Ingredients:
Grilled Mushrooms with Gorgonzola
2 whole fresh Portabello mushrooms
gorgonzola cheese
coarse sea salt
extra virgin olive oil
roasted red bell mousse
Heat grill pan. Spray olive oil on mushrooms - both sides. Sprinkle
mushrooms with coarse sea salt. Grill Portabello mushroom rib side down
first. Turn mushroom over and spread with red bell pepper mousse and
crumble a small amount of gorgonzola into cap. Grill mushroom until
cheese begins to melt. Serve as a main vegetarian dish or cut up and
serve as a delicious appetizer.
