Ingredients:
Grilled Tofu
1 package firm or extra firm tofu, drained
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, or balsamic glazing sauce
1 tablespoon snipped fresh herbs, or 1 teaspoon dried herbs
Slice or cube the tofu. Sprinkle with the oil, vinegar, and herbs and
allow to marinate about 30 minutes or so. Heat sauté pan or grill pan,
add a little oil and fry the tofu pieces several minutes until browned.
Set aside to put into soup, or serve along side a big bowl of hearty
soup.
