Ingredients:
Grilled Tofu
1 carton extra-firm tofu
2-3 tablespoons marinade, such as Prickly Pear or Chinese Marinade
Drain the water from the block of tofu. Slice into pieces about 1 inch
thick. Place on a deep plate and add the marinade. Allow to stand at
least 1 hour before grilling. To grill, heat rippled grill pan, adding
just a little olive oil. Grill about 2 minutes on each side, or until
nicely browned. Serve as a vegetable dish, as a side dish, or tuck it
into a sandwich.
