Ingredients:
Harvest Vegetable Sauté
1-2 onions
1-2 yams or sweet potatoes
3-4 cloves garlic
1-2 apples
1-2 teaspoons best quality olive oil
New Mexican chili honey, optional
Prepare vegetables and apples and slice into serving sized pieces or
chunks. Heat skillet or saut� pan, add olive oil. When oil is hot,
quickly add the vegetables and stir and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or
until they are cooked to your liking. Drizzle over 1-2 teaspoon of the
hot chili honey and stir well. Serve. Other sauces or seasonings can be
added, as well.
