Ingredients:
Hasselback
potatoes
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel potatoes and place one on hasselback
form. With a very sharp slicing knife, slice potato thinly.
The hasselback form will prevent the knife
from slicing all the way through. Repeat with remaining potatoes.
Arrange potatoes in baking pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with
salt and pepper to taste. Bake 40-60 minutes, depending on size of
potatoes, until tender.
If more browning is desired, place under
broiler for a few minutes.
