Ingredients:
broccoli
cauliflower
tomatoes, for garnish
Weigh vegetables, using 5 minutes per pound as a guide. Arrange
vegetables in bundt pan, gently packing them. Cover. Microwave on High.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes, then gently compress vegetables with bottom
of a cup before inverting onto serving platter. Garnish with tomatoes.
