Ingredients:
Lemon Butter Carrots with Dill
fresh carrots, scraped and sliced on the diagonal
1-2 teaspoons real butter
juice of half a lemon
freshly snipped parsley and dill
Place carrots in "ugly pot". Cover. Microwave on high using 5 minutes
per pound as a guide. When done, add the remaining ingredients and toss
well. Serve hot or cold. More lemon can be added, as desired.
