Ingredients:
- 1 pound
of fresh carrots, sliced on the diagonal
- 2
tablespoons butter
- 2
tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon,
sliced perfectly thin
- 1/8
teaspoon white pepper
- 2
tablespoons freshly snipped parsley
Microwave
carrots with the butter, covered, on high
for 5 minutes, or until carrots are
crisp-tender.
Add
remaining ingredients and serve hot, warm,
or room temperature. Sliced almonds may be
added at serving time.
