Ingredients:
Potato Pancakes

3 potatoes
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped onion
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon cream
oil for frying
Grate the potatoes and add the egg, flour, salt, onion, pepper, and
cream. Mix with wooden spoon until easy to stir. Fry in oil 4-5 minutes
over medium heat. Serve with applesauce.
