Ingredients:
Raw Vegetables with Savory Oil Dip
Too simple to believe, but oh what flavor!
fresh raw vegetables such as carrots, peppers, baby artichokes, red
radishes, green onions
1/2 cup unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Prepare vegetables and arrange on a beautiful platter. Whisk together
oil, salt and pepper. Dip and eat.
