Ingredients:
Red Cabbage
1 small red cabbage, shredded
1-2 apples, shredded
1-2 onions, shredded
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar or currant jam
salt
pepper
caraway seeds
1 teaspoon butter
Put everything into a large casserole or dish. I like to use the clay
simmer pot. Cover. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, then on 70% power
for 30-40 minutes. Taste and correct the seasonings, and serve warm.
This is also nice with sliced German sausages added.
