Ingredients:
Roasted Apples
2-3 red or green apples, cored
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Sweet Spice Blend
zest of a lemon or orange
Soak the lid of the apple baker while you prepare the apples. Core them,
and then fill the cavities with whatever you wish, such as brown sugar
and spices. Add the zest. Drain the lid, and cover. Bake for about 45
minutes at 350 degrees.
