Ingredients:
Roasted or Grilled Corn on the Cob
ears of corn with husks on
butter
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 475 degrees or have a generous bed of coals ready on the
outdoor grill. Pull down the husk and remove the silk as much as
possible. Wash. Rub with soft butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pull husks back, twisting the ends. Place on rack of oven, or on rack of
grill, and bake or roast 20-25 minutes.
