Ingredients:
Romaine Salad
1 head romaine lettuce
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Wash and dry lettuce and tear into pieces. In salad bowl, place lettuce
and then toss in the rest. Toss gently, getting the oil over all of the
leaves, adding more as necessary.
