Ingredients:
sautéed Garlic in Oil
use often!
2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
6-8 cloves garlic
Sliver, mince, or leave the garlic whole. In sauté pan, heat oil gently
and when a slight haze appears, add garlic. Cook and stir until garlic
is beginning to get soft. Toss into rice, over cooked pasta, drizzle
over vegetables, over pizza, over cheese, just about anything including
vanilla ice cream.
