Ingredients:
Stir Fry Vegetables
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 onion, slivered
1 or 2 small zucchini, slivered
1 carrot, slivered
1 green or red bell pepper, slivered
seasonings, as desired (pepper, garlic, basil, Tabasco, herbs, etc.)
Preheat browning dish or grill on High 5-8 minutes, depending on size of
dish and wattage of oven. When hot, quickly add olive oil and prepared
vegetables. Microwave, uncovered, on High 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave
another 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Season and serve.
