Ingredients:
Stir Fry Vegetables
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cups snow peas
1 onion, slivered
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
freshly grated pepper
Preheat browning dish 5 minutes on High. Quickly add sesame oil and
vegetables. Microwave on High, uncovered, 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave
another 2-3 minutes, or until done. Combine soy sauce, garlic, and
pepper; drizzle over.
