Ingredients:
Stuffed Peppers
1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup cooked rice (see page???)
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 large green peppers, seeds and pulp removed
cheese, cut into strips
Combine ground turkey, soy sauce, onion, tomato, rice, horseradish, and
pepper. Fill peppers with mixture and place in roasting dish. Cover with
waxed paper. Microwave on High 13-17 minutes. Top with cheese. Reheat,
as needed.
