Ingredients:
Tofu Dip for Vegetables and Prawns
8 oz. firm tofu, drained very well
3-4 radishes
2-3 green onions
1 carrot
1 avocado
2 teaspoons Sweet Bean Sauce or light soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
dashes of hot chili oil, to your taste
freshly ground pepper
slices of fresh vegetables
cooked prawns
In food processor, whirl the tofu until smooth, and then add the
vegetables and process until smooth. Serve as a dip with more of the
vegetables cut into interesting shapes, as well as cooked shrimp.
