Ingredients:
Vegetable Medley
a selection of fresh vegetables
Weigh or guess the cooking time vegetables, using 5 minutes per pound as
a guide. Choose broccoli, cauliflower, red and green peppers, carrots,
mushrooms, etc. Arrange on flat platter or plate. Cover with plastic
wrap. Microwave on High. Good just as they are, or drizzle melted butter
or garlic butter before serving.
