Ingredients:
Vegetables with a Little Grated Cheese
several kinds of fresh vegetables, your choice
a little cheese, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Gouda
Wash and prepare the vegetables, aiming for equal sized pieces. Arrange
on microwave safe dinner plate, placing the harder to cook ones around
the edge. Cover with plastic wrap. Pierce to vent. Microwave on high 5
minutes per pound as a guide. Carefully remove plastic wrap, grate on
some cheese, and serve.
