Ingredients:
Veggie Burgers
From Norma Martinetti
1/2 cup grated raw carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 cup ground sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon basil
hamburger buns
honey mustard mayonnaise
lettuce
Combine ingredients and shape into patties. Arrange in an oiled,
shallow, baking dish. Bake in a 350 degrees oven until brown on top,
turn patties and bake until brown. Allow about 15 minutes of baking for
each side. Serve in hamburger buns with honey mustard mayonnaise and
lettuce.
