Zucchini Fans

small zucchini
garlic slices
Roma tomato slices
olive oil
snipped fresh rosemary

Slice each zucchini into fan shapes, and then tuck slices of garlic and tomatoes between each slice. Arrange in baking dish and drizzle with a tiny bit of oil and sprinkle with a little crushed rosemary. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25- 30 minutes. Serve one fan per person.
